06:10 Bus departs from Tokyo at Shibuya location (for those who have reserved a seat on the bus)
06:30 Reception opens (come early, the driving range is free)
07:45 Players need to arrive at the club and check in
08.15 Briefing and photo shoot
08.30 Off to tees (if you arrive after this, you will not be allowed to play)
08.45 Tee-off (shotgun start from all holes)
